We Constructed a Londonderry Extension that Dwarfed the Original House

In the town of Londonderry west of the Baulkham Hills area we built a home extension project that was so large it might have qualified as a new home on the basis of floor-space alone.

The massive home extension project was 300 square metres in size and included the entire renovation of the original house, including new Hebel cladding on the sides, new added insulation and a new roof.

The New Extension Adds Additional Value to the Property

The large, modern extension included a six-car garage, a large master suite, extra insulation in the walls and ceiling and hardwood floors throughout the extension. Large picture windows were added as well as high transom windows to allow for a greater amount of light to enter the breezy open-plan style of the home.

An outdoor entertainment area was also incorporated into the extension so the owners and their guests could take advantage of their bucolic surroundings.

The entire project was carefully thought out and seamlessly integrated into the style and floor-plan of the previously existing home. The project was executed so well that it instantly and significantly raised the resale value of the entire property.

The home renovation and extension project was completed over six months in 2017.
